If you live in the Pacific Northwest and are looking for an artistic weekend getaway, check out the 14th Annual Whatcom Artist Studio Tour, in Whatcom County, Washington.

The free, self-guided tour is a juried fine art and fine craft event. On October 4th-5th and 11th-12th, you can visit the studios of over 50 artists in Whatcom County, purchase their artwork, and view demonstrations by some of them. The artists' studios will be open from 10-5 each day of the tour.

The artwork will include ceramics, fiber, glass, sculpture, painting, and jewelry.
