I was inspired to make this pendant while dozing off to sleep a few weeks ago.  I got up the next morning, headed out to the studio and was eager to get started!! 

Then I decided to make a bunch of light colored glass beads in various shades of blue to put together a necklace with the new pendant.  Here's the result of that glass beading session. (the next day, after the beads have been annealed and cleaned)

I decided to put the necklace together with Opalite.  Here's how it came out.

I was pretty happy with the way it came out.  I don't always have the time to make a pendant AND beads for a necklace.  What do you think?
