has anybody else heard about this? i did a search for metal clay on youtube.com and came across a video that surprised the hell out of me. i then went to the web site for more information. 50 grams for $50?! i'm guessing it's most like pmc standard with a high shrinkage factor.

  www.gholar.com/_private/claypage.htm is a very interesting site. A coupla years back we had some threads in the old B&B forum with a person who claimed to make his own metal clay. The posts were tantalizing because he never came out and said who he was or what he was planning on doing with his experiments. I wonder if gholar.com and www.silvernitrate.org are related to those posts.....

I saw the you tube and wondered about the powdered clay. Anybody try it? 

 Has anyone tried this yet??  I keep thinking about doing jumping off the cliff and ordering some just to see what's up with this.

 Many metals can be purchased in 'powder' form but it is the binder technology that is needed to make the 'clay'. I am looking forward to the new Bronze Clay being introduced at the PMC Conference in July!
