I'm in Jacksonville.  Barbara and Delia, I didn't realize you were so close! 

I just moved back here from Minnesota (where I was lucky enough to live within commuting distance of Maureen Carlson's Center for Creative Arts). I've been teaching at a local bead store (Cleola's in Orange Park) for several years, so I've already gotten to know some of the polymer clayers, metal clayers and glass fusers in town.  Would love to hear from anyone else in the area.

Hi from near Daytona Beach!  A bead store I haven't been in yet! Yeah!  I'm coming up to Jacksonville the weekend after Labor Day to visit a friend of mine who is doing the Riverside show there; so I have to check out Cleola's.  I do chainmail mostly, but beads are always nice...

Ditto!  We're gonna have to get all of the Florida girls together sometime for a creative weekend.  A little fun in the sun while we dance with our a-muses! :)  I could bring a small gaggle with me. I know a few more ladies in my immediate area that would probably be up for it to.  It'd be fun!
