have new installed the “Kaspersky Security CBE 9” . Since then, I can not upload pictures or Links in the Forum. Can you give me a tip what goes wrong?

I'm not sure what that exact security update is - I've never heard of it, so I'm thinking it's a German-specific update that we don't have here.
