I found this really lovely moonstone and needed a showcase for it. I don't ordinarily make rings, but this really begged for this treatment. I truly enjoy how it turned out, and the patina shows off the band to perfection. The title stems from the children's book of the same name, a favorite of my granddaughter's, whose eyes are the same lovely blue, and mischieviously glint in the same way as well. Please enjoy!

Thanks, Sue. But it really isn't any more work than you do on your pieces - turning all those loops and forging and whatnot! I think we just all have our areas where we are willing to forget the effort and concentrate on the object and the pleasure of the process.

Thanks Gaby, The moonstone was a great find. They don't always give a good fire from so many angles. A tutorial for the weave is in progress. I'll keep you posted if you wish.
