How to distinguish Quartz from Glass?
I recently came upon a supplier who sold glass as quartz (I was later able to verify his stones as glass when I took them to a supplier who has his own gemstone factory). Is there a way to tell firsthand if stones are actually glass? I know that glass is less cold at first touch. What else? Thanks in advance!
