i´m from austria and have a question: does anyone know the company "progresstool"?
i ordered for month some articles, but till today the didn´t arrive.

i´m really angry, because i paid so much money. here in austria we do not have such a varity of products so i searched in the internet and found this company. this was really the wrong decision!

Karin, Sorry to hear that you lost your money but it is one of the problems of doing business over the inter-net. It has happened to me and others here too. I have been using Otto Frei and Rio Grande for most of my speciality tools that can't be had locally, they do ship international, and for some others I have had some success on Ebay but there too I have had problems. Best of luck in settling your dispute. By the way your work is wonderful.
