Hello from California! I'm a self-taught jewelry artist who recently learned to solder an it has opened up a whole new world of design possibilties for me. I used to create predominantly using beads and wire wrapping techniques, but have found that I'd much rather play wtih sterling sheet shapes and flat and square wire now that I can solder. My joins don't look as good as I'd like so I'll be posting lots asking for advice from all you experienced metalsmiths out there. I'm so happy to have found this site and look forward to tapping in to this community with its wealth of knowledge.
