I have more free tutorials scattered about, but since this forum doesn't support PDF attachments, I really can't post the rest of them here. They're just too big. One of these days I'll make a website and get serious about posting tuts, I just haven't had the time to make very many thus far.

Cindy

Re: Free Tutorial - Wire Wrapped setting for a faceted stone

Cindy,

i had already seen you wonderful tutorial before (cagey crafters) and I have to admit that I haven't tried it because I haven't found good gems for that.

Anyway, it's really nice of you to share your work and I always welcome the effort from people who post their tutorials, either for free or for sale.

I also love your stories, connected to the jewelry you're presenting.
Thanks so much for the tutorial. I have not yet tried the wire wrapping. It looks so cool, but tedious. You are very generous in taking the time to post the instructions and sharing with us. I am definitely trying this. I have craft wire so I'm going to do a trial run with that before using sterling.

The largest ones I bought were 3.0, most were under. But I do have some other faceted stones that are much larger that would be fun to try this with. I'll post pics.
