I honestly don't buy into the whole 'you need a completely different set of tools for working with Bronz'. I just clean my tools thoroughly between working with both and haven't had any problems thus far. I just go over them with a microfiber towel when done washing them and make sure the nooks and crannies are taken care of. I don't personally work with molds much though, so your experience *might* vary. I'm just not sold on it being such a big deal. It's a material, not magic!

I do lots of work with molds -- I clean my molds and use them for PC, BC and ACS with no problems. Clean, clean, clean!

I don't see why your normal cleaning regimine would not be sufficient. do they say not to share molds?

Newbie question about bronze clay

Hi,

I have been working for about three years in Art Clay Silver and am interested in the new Bronze Clay. I do a lot with molds and I'm wondering about the whole dedicated tool thing. The idea of creating a completely new set of molds for the Bronze Clay is daunting. Can I just wash the molds after each use? Is there some sort of solution I can use to guarantee that there is no left over debris in my mold? Thanks so much!
