What's different about this is that in spite of all the wire work, this piece is entirely strung!  No wire links, no wrapped loops, no chain, etc.  Hole size is critical to pulling this off since the holes need to accomodate the sterling wire work on each bead plus the stringing wire.  There is no wire on the back - it looks exactly like the front.
