This is a beautiful necklace!  I have been wanting to learn this technique for a while but not sure what kind of cording works best.  Also, I'm not the best at knotting.  Any tips?

I used black Superlon bead cord. And making knots is really easy, just put the end of an awl tool into the knot and push it into its place, near the bead before tightening it. This "random" necklace is much easier to do than knotting pearls, where precision is a must.

 Wow very falllike too bad Halloween is right around the corner or I would have got one. I would like to see matching bracelets or clip on earrings for this type of design to get the full fall feeling.
