I've gone to this event for several years and it's a fantastic opportunity to learn and meet other like minded people.  Ruth Shapiro's demo Gadgets and Gizmo's is worth the afternoon alone - she has all kinds of improvised tools and techniques for jewelry making.  Six demos, networking & lunch - seriously, if you love making jewelry and learning new techniques, Demo Day is the best deal you'll find all year.
