ABOUT VINTAJ NATURAL BRASS: From our hands to yours... We hand select only the finest vintage tooled filigrees and findings for use in our jewelry designs. We hand embellished each and every piece of natural brass to achieve it's rich unique bronze color and luster without the use of chemicals or plating. We have an exacting, 7 stage, environmentally friendly, hand process. This bronzey vintajey color that we achieve is what we have painstakingly built our findings company on. Besides selling our jewelry designs, we also wholesale our findings (http://vintaj.com), so our hands (and brains) are pretty tired at the end of the day, but it's definitely worth it! ...to share our passion with you. We have 8 children, 3 husbands, 3 dogs and 2 cats between us... and they ALL help ... as I'm sure you can imagine!! OUR MAXIM: There are thousands of incredible designers out there just waiting to share their designs, ideas, and talents. It doesn't matter why they want to design... whether they want to design to sell their work, hand make special pieces for gifts, create designs for themselves to match their outfit, or design on rainy days just for fun and then tuck their pieces into a pretty box for the next rainy day... They are all deserving of our encouragement and our willingness to give of our time and talents to help them succeed. We have seen so much happiness and healing come to people as they embrace their creative side and have seen the excitement in their eyes as they finish their first creation. It's nearly as heart skipping as seeing a little one taking their first step. We believe we should do our best to ensure a loving and safe, creative place for them to grow and develop into budding artists, filled with hope and inspiration to pass onto the next new beginning designer. It's the circle of art.
