Dianne Lehmann was named lapidarygirl by her husband for her intense love of rocks. Dianne has been making jewelry since 1993 and loves nothing more than creating beautiful things. It took her a while to discover that jewelry was where her creativity could truly shine. She tried a number of other arts before being bitten by the jewelry bug. She still uses her skill at crochet to make some wonderful crocheted wire and bead necklaces that she calls Fairy Necklaces for their delicacy and whimsy. Bernd is the name of her husband and he has a background in fine jewelry. His father owned a fine jewelry store for many years. Bernd started working in the store when he was just 14 years old. Between the two of them, they manage to design and build some very nice jewelry.
