Metamorphosis by Jessica Dow and Mark Anderson is made of Argentium silver, Australian opal cabochons, and faceted pink spinel. Anderson cut the opals; Dow did the piercing, which she says is her favorite technique. “After years of handling a jeweler’s saw on a daily basis I have found it has become an extension of my hand, somewhat like a pencil is to a sketching artist.” 1 1⁄2 x 1 1⁄4 in.
