The polymer clay disks in Betsy Baker’s Blue Grotto are washed in alcohol inks, distressed by crackling, then collaged over a base of custom mixed blue clay. She then bezel-set the disks with textured fine-silver wire. Her large-link chain and hook clasp finish the 18-in. (45.7 cm) necklace.
