Dave Warnock fabricated his pendant of 14k white gold and 18k and 22k yellow gold. He bead-set 52 blue diamonds, bezel-set three white diamonds (one is visible only to the wearer), and prong-set two white diamonds to complete the approximately 2 1⁄4-in. (57 mm) long pendant.

“The fossil was so interesting, but I had no idea what it may have looked like when it was living,” says Marthe Roberts/Shea of the orthoceras fossil she set at the center of her brooch.
