Blossom necklace

Kathryn Riechert fused and hammered silver to make the branch in Blossom. The blossoms are enameled copper accented with glass beads and riveted in place. The branch is 2 1⁄4 in. (57 mm). This piece appeared in the September 2009 issue of Art Jewelry.

Eclipse pendant

Eclipse by Annabel Humber was inspired by the focal stone. She made the pendant of silver, copper, and 18k gold. 47 x 66 mm (1 7⁄8 x 2 5⁄8 in.).

Water Flower

Water Flower is a cloisonné neckpiece by Lynn M. Floriano. She says she uses forms of nature in her work that “have spiritual and abstract qualities that forever fascinate” her. Here, she set the cloisonné enamel in silver, and also used beach glass, gold foils, gold wire, and freshwater pearls. The pendant is 3 x 3 x 1⁄2 in. (76 x 76 x 13 mm).
