I have toyed with the idea of selling beads and components...first online, and eventually brick and mortar. I'm starting to get a clue that going to the large bead shows is the best way to start building an inventory by buying wholesale.

Unfortunately, I have to work full time for now (health insurance, mortgage, kid in college, etc.). I'd love to do this 100% of the time, but can't. Hence the name.

I wouldn't use any lead in any jewelry piece, no matter how tiny an amount. Lead poisoning is cumulative...that is, it increases over time. I'd space them about 1/2 inch apart on black or dark brown silk cord with a cluster of lime green briolette pearls between each one...and around 16 or 18 inches long, depending on how many you have left.
But that's just me.
