Wire-wrapped necklaces

Hi,

I like to share with you two necklaces, this is a new style for me I'll keep doing filigree also but I just wanted to try wire wrapping. These two necklaces are the second and third ones that I have made, first one was so awful, that I didn't want to make a picture from it . I have two little children and it is much easier to do wire wrapping than filigree with them.

Hi all!

I've recently practiced wire wrapping and i'm in love with it!! My fiance's mom bought me my first 6 spools of artistic wire and i've been practicing using those :D i made her a dragonfly pin as a thank you gift cos she adores dragonflies.

My 2. Book Wirejewelry for Bridal would be Launching in end of July in Indonesia, so here some suggestion for the cover, the Cover has Flip on the side. Because my moto 'simple elegant' I am preffer the first One.

This is my first attempt at wire wrapping. I realized that polymer clay is a wonderful medium to combine with wire wrapping. When working with beads, you are limited by the location of the existing holes, while PC and wire can be connected at any point.

This necklace combines my two main techniques – faux cloisonne and sculpting. All flowers and leaves are sculpted by hand, and all patterns are created entirely out of polymer clay.

Thanks, Sue. But it really isn't any more work than you do on your pieces - turning all those loops and forging and whatnot! I think we just all have our areas where we are willing to forget the effort and concentrate on the object and the pleasure of the process.
