  • Makins pro vs Sugar Craft gun

    Would you believe that the threads on my Makins pro gun became damaged to the extent that I couldn't turn the handle! So now I have bought a gun from sugar craft and so far so good. The only down side is that it doesn't take perhaps as much clay and you really need to warm the clay very well...

    Yeah, if you have the plastic Makin's gun (with the disks that aren't flat and metal), you have the one that's intended for use with their very-soft air-dry clay. You need the other gun (and disks)! There are various types and sizes of clay guns... IMO none are perfect, but depending on what...
