  • Re: Burnishing in a tumbler: help!! pieces turn black

It took a lot of work to make my pieces shiny again after they came out with a dark brown patina. What finally worked? I soaked my shot in flat Coke for several hours and then rinsed it well. I don't know if that made a difference but it took all the shine off the shot, so I'm sure it removed...

  • Re: Shrinkage problems when attaching fine silver bezel wire to pmc base

If you don't want to fire the pieces individually you could try tabbed bezel wire. It's a fairly new product I've only just started testing out. You can find it thorough Metal Clay Findings . There's also a tutorial on their site about how to use it. Good luck! ~Addie~

  • Salvation - new ornate pendant

This incredibly time-consuming pendant is especially close to my heart. Intricate form combined with beautifully faceted labradorite reminds ornate crosses from the Victorian age. The pendant was suspended on a thick rollo chain finished with a hand-crafted clasp. The whole piece was made in fine and...
