Oh resin's so much fun!! But I know it can be a bit overwhelming at first. You'll most likely want to buy clear resin and then add drops of liquid coloring (sold next to the resin) to tint or color it (they have transparent and opaque). But you can always mix in other things to color it - experiment...

Littleclaydude, Working with resin is not as scary as it sounds. Just try it. Most of them have instructions included with each box/bottle. If you want to have instructions for working with small volumes of EnviroTex Lite in particular, just get any of my tutorials - I offer very detailed descriptions...

I am working on a few pieces for polymer clay conference that will be in Baltimore later this month. Here are a couple of finished pendants. Usually I color my faux cloisonne pieces to make them look more like enamel, but this time I went for a monochromatic look. What do you think?

Does anyone know where I can get pre-fabricated metal frames to fill with resin for pendants etc? Yes, I know I can make them myself but I want to save some time...I would be so happy if anyone has a tip or two on the subject!
